Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Greece, across the European Union, and to selected international destinations.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions subject to minimum spend thresholds or selected regions.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
- Greece: 1–5 business days
- European Union: 3–10 business days
- International: 5–15 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other local charges.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

Delivery Delays
Sunlover Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, public holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, delays or additional charges may occur.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock availability or packaging requirements.
