Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery details cannot be changed.
International orders and duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or sizing.
In line with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Swimwear is considered a hygiene-sensitive product once tried on.
