At Sunlover Swimwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need assistance before purchasing, our team is happy to help with sizing, fit, and product questions.
Each product page includes a Size Chart and measuring guide to help you choose the best fit before ordering.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- With hygiene liner intact (where applicable)
- Free from marks, perfume, deodorant, tanning products, or damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, worn swimwear, underwear, used personal items, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.
Sizing
We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Chart and measuring guide available on each product page before purchasing.
These guides include bust, waist, hips, and international size conversions to assist with accurate selection.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and, once accepted, place a new order for the preferred size or style.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
If an order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
EU Consumer Rights
Our 30-day return policy is provided in addition to any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, including European Union consumer rights where applicable.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and hygiene liner fully intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply deductions where returned items are not in resaleable condition.
